Gift cards can only be applied in person. Book your service online. Once complete, provide your gift card number to your technician.
If you lost your gift card, call our team at 585-366-0401 or email us at leah@dirtyburd.com. We will need the last 4 digits of the credit card used to locate the gift card.
If you have already used your gift card or you simply forgot how much is on the gift card, go the following site to check the balance on your gift card - https://squareup.com/gift/MLZSRWEFRNP65/check-balance
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot mass produce physical gift cards. Our gift cards are "eGift Cards" which come to your email or the email of the person you are buying it for in the form of an email. For special circumstances, and as long as we have at least a 2 week heads up, we can produce a physical gift card for you. In this instance, you may be required to come to our office to pick up the gift card(s).
Currently, there is no way to add a gift card as a form of payment through our online booking site. We recommend you go ahead and book your appointment. Once complete, provide the technician with your gift card number.
No, our gift cards do not expire.
If you believe your gift card was stolen or sent to the wrong email, call our team at 585-366-0401 or email us at leah@dirtyburd.com right away. We will need the last 4 digits of the card used to purchase the gift card. From here, we can cancel your previous gift card and issue a new one.
